Whale-watching day

Feliz comienzo de semana, 

Hace unos días, tuvimos la gran oportunidad de revivir la experiencia de la observación de ballenas en Las Perlas. Gracias a nuestro buen amigo y capitán Ángel, disfrutamos de un perfecto domingo envueltos por la gran biodiversidad marina de este archipiélago. 

Cerca de la isla de Contadora podrás tener la ocasión de ver varias ballenas nadando por aguas panameñas. Este fenómeno acontece entre Julio y Octubre, época en la que estos mamíferos acuden a las aguas tropicales para alumbrar a sus crías. 

Por ello, es muy recomendable aprovechar y acudir a vivir esta experiencia. Es un espectáculo precioso: tanto ver de cerca a las ballenas como también escucharlas cantar bajo del mar.

Happy start to the week,

A few days ago, we had the great opportunity to relive the experience of whale watching in Las Perlas. Thanks to our good friend and Captain Angel, we enjoyed a perfect Sunday surrounded by the great marine biodiversity of the archipelago.

Near the island of Contadora you can have the chance to see several whales swimming Panamanian waters. This phenomenon happens between July and October, a period in which these mammals flock to tropical waters to give birth to their young.

Therefore, it is highly recommended to take advantage and go to live this experience. It is a beautiful show: both look close to the whales as well as listening to their singing under the sea.
