Desde Panamá con la selección española

Hola a todos y feliz comienzo de semana, especialmente a todos los que ayer vibramos con la selección española,

¡ENHORABUENA! Ha sido una experiencia inolvidable disfrutar con el gran equipo que tenemos en España, desde la distancia se siente una mayor proximidad hacia tu patria, y reconozco que he vivido más intensamente que nunca esta Eurocopa. Creo que se debe a la combinación de nostalgia y alegría de compartir con gente de otras nacionalidades este triunfo. En nuestro caso celebramos la victoria con panameños y alemanes, y desde aquí os doy las gracias por compartir el día con nosotros.

Se añade el hecho de salir de casa y encontrarte con la Via Argentina colapsada de carros con banderas españolas, pitidos e incluso algún petardo (un guiño a mi tierra, Valencia)...¡Casi se me saltan las lágrimas de la emoción!

Por otro lado, ¿qué preparamos para una reunión frente al televisor? Por supuesto, gastronomía española, con remisión a los clásicos: gazpacho, tortilla de patatas, pisto y embutidos.

Hello to everyone and happy week's begin, specially to all the people that yesterday vibrated with the Spanish team,

CONGRATULATIONS! It has been an unforgettable experience enjoying with the great team we had in Spain, from the distance you felt more closeness to your homeland, and I recognize that I've lived more intensively than ever this UEFA Euro. I think that it's because of the mix of nostalgia and happiness to share with people from other nationalities this success. In our case we celebrate the victory with Panamanian and German, and from here I appreciate to share with us the day.

To add the fact that going out home and finding Via Argentina collapsed by cars with Spanish flags, beeps and even some "petardo" (a wink to my land, Valencia)... I've almost start crying for the emotion of the moment!

On the other hand, what did we cook for a meeting in front of the TV? Of course, Spanish gastronomy, with remission to the classics: gazpacho, Spanish turtle, pisto and sausages.
