Golf en Panamá

Hola a todos,

Hoy ambientamos el post con una mezcla de naturaleza y deporte, un espacio dedicado a los amantes del golf y de la naturaleza. Las imágenes de hoy corresponden al fabuloso campo de golf Summit Golf Club, y es el lugar idóneo donde conviven la naturaleza y el golf. 

Concretamente ubicado en el Parque Summit Panamá, en la ribera del Canal de Panamá, el campo queda rodeado de flora y fauna exótica de la región. El espacio del Summit acoge además del campo de golf, un hotel, varios restaurantes e incluso un jardín zoológico en el que se encuentran animales representativos de la fauna panameña, siendo ésta ejemplo de biodiversidad.

El campo de golf fue originariamente inaugurado en 1930 por un grupo de norteamericanos trabajando en el Canal de Panamá. Con el tiempo, ha sido completamente renovado acogiendo un campo de golf profesional de 18 hoyos, un campo de golf infantil de 6 hoyos y un amplio campo de prácticas.

Hello to everyone,

Today I set the post with a mix of nature and sport, an space dedicated to the golf lovers and the nature ones. The pics of today belong to the fabulous golf course Summit Golf Club, and it's the suitable place where nature and golf coexist.

Concretely located in the Summit Panama Park, on the shore of the Panama Canal, the course is surrounded by exotic flora & fauna of the region. The space of the Summit receives besides the course, a hotel, several restaurants and even a zoo garden where are animals representatives of the Panamanian fauna, being this example of the biodiversity. 

The golf course was originally opened in 1930 by a group of Northamericans working in the Panama Canal. As time goes by, has been completely renewed receiving a professional golf course of 18 holes, a children's golf course of 6 holes and a wide practice course.
